How it works

   Connect your agencies

   Invite the staffing agencies you already have contracts with, or give them your Client ID. Up to 5 agencies, or 10 on the larger plan.

   Send a staffing request

   Describe the role, site, schedule and credentials once. Only your connected agencies see it.

   Compare candidates

   Each agency puts forward up to two of its own staff. You see credentials, experience and availability, never personal contact details.

4. 4

   Shortlist, interview, select

   Order your shortlist, book interviews through the agency, and pick. If it doesn't work out, select the next on your list.

   Run the placement

   Approve hours, see every agency's invoices in one place, and compare agencies on how quickly and reliably they fill.

GatherShift is the software you and your agencies both use. It doesn't employ, screen, choose or refer workers; your agencies put forward their staff and you decide. Any arrangement to employ an agency's worker directly stays between you and that agency, under your contract with them.
